This page explains what OptiRoute collects through this website and what we do with it. We collect very little, so it is short.
What the pilot form collects
When you request a pilot program, we receive what you enter in the form:
- Name
- Company
- Role
- Country
- Number of routes / trucks
- Telematics provider
- Route-accounting / dispatch system
- Your message, if you add one
We use it only to reply to you about a pilot. We do not sell it, use it for advertising or add you to a mailing list.
The form also runs an automated spam check in your browser when you submit it.
Analytics
We count visits with Umami, a cookieless analytics tool. It records which pages are viewed, clicks on the pilot button and successful form submissions. This site sets no tracking cookies and does not follow you to other sites.
Where your information goes
A form submission is sent by email to our team through an email delivery provider. A copy is kept on our own server in case an email is lost. Nobody else receives it.
Deleting your information
To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email us at the address below and we will take care of it.
Who is responsible
OptiRoute is responsible for the information collected on this website. Questions about this page go to the same address.
Changes
If this page changes, we update the date at the top.
